The school year at Emerald truly flies by as students and staff work to build connections. It also brings great growth for each student. At Emerald, we love celebrating success. We love marking milestones especially during Field Day 2025. This perfect celebration brought students and staff together to enjoy a day of pure fun and create lasting memories. Our celebratory day began early and started with a delicious bagel breakfast. Students fueled up for the fun ahead. Excitement and laughter echoed throughout the classroom as we introduced the day’s schedule. Students were divided into three teams building friendly competition. Each participant received a team shirt: The “Green Moss Bosses” wore green, the “Smurfs” wore blue and the “Elite” wore purple. This boosted team spirit and created a sense of belonging setting the day for adventure and teamwork.
Our activities challenged everyone and strengthened our community. Each game required unique skills. Every challenge emphasized teamwork helping students gain valuable life lessons.
First, we held the Riddle Puzzle Race. Players worked together piecing small puzzles together. A riddle appeared on the back that teams had to solve quickly. This tested quick thinking.
